WAILUKU FEDERAL CREDIT UNION

BUSINESS: Maui-based credit union
PROJECTS: I compose informational articles on credit unions and their services, and partner with Portland’s Interactive Dept. to create promotional videos based on these articles. I also create and manage Facebook ad campaigns to promote WFCU services. I also composed the entirety of the web copy for WFCU’s mortgage microsite.
OUTCOMES: The videos in this series have several thousand views, resulting in significant increase in traffic to WFCU's site. The articles and microsite have contributed to WFCU’s growing reputation as a knowledge leader in the local community.

VAULT GARAGE

BUSINESS: Oregon-based producer of luxury garage furnishings
PROJECTS: I have edited Vault site copy, composed articles on garage design, and written company newsletters. I handle social media content creation and management over multiple channels, including paid ad campaigns. In addition, I have teamed with Portland’s Interactive Dept. to create and boost promotional videos for Vault products and services.
OUTCOMES: Vault had seen a profound increase in social media traffic and engagement, and benefitted from a significant boost in on-site consultation requests.

BLACK BUTTE VACATIONS

BUSINESS: Oregon-based vacation rental agency and resort
PROJECTS: I have composed and edited – and seasonally update – significant portions of the company’s site copy, and I compose the company’s quarterly newsletter and promotional emails. I handle social media content creation and management over multiple channels, including paid advertising campaigns.
OUTCOMES: Black Butte Vacations’ site traffic and on-site booking requests have grown significantly in the past year. Over the same span, the company’s social media engagement has grown by several hundred percent.
