Years teaching college composition and creative writing not only honed my own writing skills. Overseeing boatloads of unique student projects also shaped me into a top-notch coach, encourager, idea sherpa, problem-diagnoser, and spirit guide.
In short, I learned how to support others' ventures in a way that kept their voice, vision, and ownership intact.

After years of shepherding student projects, I became skilled in distilling the essence of a venture. And I also learned to balance encouragement with constructive critique in order to squire an effort to a strong and inspired finish.
Since then, I’ve used these skills to guide both core business pursuits (new start-ups, new web sites, company growth) and personal creative projects (novels, memoirs, documentaries). WEB COPY consult
After a 1:1 call to gather and grasp your site’s voice, brand, and goals, I take a running deep-dive into the pool.
When I come top-side, I’ll have a full report on the state of your copy: how well it matches your brand, where the copy and overall site might be in conflict, and where the opportunities lie for a clearer voice and greater harmony.
Your report will be loaded with action points and recommendations for global and local tweaks to your copy. Includes up to five web pages (pricing amended thereafter).

Need an hours' worth of advice and motivation? Bring your issues and ideas and we'll bat them back and forth like a couple of grizzly bears. You'll get all my juice, so just make sure to bring the appropriate bucket.
